If you have insurance other than the above and want to file it yourself we will be happy to provide you with a "superbill" that can be sent to your insurance company. You pay us and they pay you.

Un-insured or underinsured? We belong to the PCD (Preferred Chiropractic Doctors) network which allows us to give our cash patients a 40% discount on chiropractic and therapy services.
